The KC500/480-G series inverters cover the same applications as the KC300/280 series, offering significantly improved motor control performance compared to the KC300/280 inverters. They also feature wire drawing capabilities, high low-frequency torque, stable output, and automatic detection of coil diameter changes, enabling constant tension control throughout the entire process.
Maximum frequency: Vector control: 0-500 Hz; V/F control: 0-500 Hz.
Control mode: Open-loop vector control (SVC); Closed-loop vector control (FVC); V/F control.
Starting torque: G-type: 0.5 Hz/150% (SVC), 0 Hz/180% (FVC);
P-type: 0.5 Hz/100%.
Overload capacity: G-type: 150% rated current for 60 seconds; 180% rated current for 3 seconds.
P-type: 120% rated current for 60 seconds; 150% rated current for 3 seconds.
V/F curve: Three types: linear, multi-point, and N-th power V/F curve.
V/F separation: Two types: full separation and semi-separation.
Simple PLC and multi-speed operation: Up to 16 speed steps are possible via the built-in PLC or control terminals.
Built-in PID: It can easily realize the closed-loop control system of process control.
Automatic voltage regulation (AVR): When the grid voltage changes, it can automatically keep the output voltage constant.
Overvoltage and overspeed loss control: Automatically limit the current and voltage during operation to prevent frequent overcurrent and overvoltage tripping.
